Is Home Staging Expensive? 

A difficult question to answer. 

A Home Stager is the person who beautifies the property. Who makes it appealing to a multitude of buyers?  

I would certainly contact them and ask. Maybe the decision of not using a Home Stager is more Expensive. 

Can we just get your advice and stage our homes ourselves? 

Of-course. We do online consultations, e-mail photo consultations, just contact us and we will strive to find a solution. 

Do you only work with Real Estate agents? 

No we work with builders, painters, private owners, organizations, architects. We have the capability of working with everyone.

WHAT IS HOME STAGING?

Here at Marias Interiors, We know that staging property to sell is an ART. 

A property on sale has to appeal to a multitude of buyers. People have to walk away from the property and have a little piece of it in their mind.  

The property must create a love affair within them. 

Property is not a pair of shoes, it is a long term investment. Usually it is acquired with a borrowed amount of money. 

It has to be an investment that has a good future return, not only in rent but also in sale value.

Real Estate is a market that has flourished and is flourishing around the world.  

Staging to sell is showing people each properties capability. Usually staging is an inexpensive solution as the largest problem for buildings is clutter and personalization. 

Small magical touches usually do the trick, but do we have the knowledge and experience to do it ourselves. Or do we call a professional? 

A professional is a person who has studied and is continually studying the now International Real Estate market and who has the skills and methods to make a property live and breath again. A professional stager does not actually Stage a property for the sale but stages the property back to its beauty, back to life.
