On a very tight budget I mainly Let the Spaces Breath.  

Taking the clutter away, adding a small dash of color with an ornament or a plant took me a long way.  Everything was just sitting there, either to be eliminated or to be moved into another special space. The transformations were unbelievable and with a little paint, the properties reached a different price range on the real estate market. 

Knowing what you are selling is the key.
Seeing each properties beauty is the talent.
